Yes, genuinely free, with no time limit and no credit card required. The only condition is that your property must have bookable experiences (via Viator or FareHarbor) within 50km. We check this automatically at signup via GPS coordinates. That's how we earn our keep on the free tier, 8–15% commission on experience bookings made through your guide.
During signup, when you enter your address at step 2, our system checks for available experiences within 50km. If none exist, we'll let you know at that point, the free tier isn't available in that area. Paid plans don't have this condition.
Only a small Orana icon, nothing intrusive, but it is visible. If you want a completely white-labelled guide with your branding only, that's part of the Essentials paid plan and above.
Paid pricing is based on your property size (number of rooms or bookable units), the modules you need, and the complexity of your integrations. We quote a monthly per-room/property fee plus a one-time setup fee. Book a demo and we'll give you an exact number, not a guess from a pricing page.
The setup fee covers onboarding, PMS connection, custom domain configuration, and any messaging setup (DNS, WhatsApp, SMS, channel connections). More complex setups cost more. We'll tell you exactly what's included before you commit.
Yes, when guests make upsell payments through your guidebook (early check-in, late checkout, extras), Orana Stay retains a 2.5% processing fee on the transaction total to cover operating costs. This is separate from Stripe's standard payment processing fee, and does not apply to experience bookings made through Viator or FareHarbor.
Absolutely, just book a demo when you're ready and we'll migrate your existing guidebook to your paid plan. Your guide content, QR codes, and property configuration all carry over.
